Terms of Service
These terms explain how you may use this website and our call line, and what you can expect from us.
Last updated: October 2026. By using the site or calling us, you agree to these terms.
Plain-English summary
This site gives information about plumbing. Actual plumbing work is done by licensed plumbing professionals, and the price is agreed before work starts. We cannot guarantee how fast anyone arrives, and our liability is limited as described below.
If anything here is unclear, email contact@proplumbingvoorhees.com and ask.
Information on this site
The pages and guides on this site are general information. They are written to help you understand common plumbing problems and decide when to call a professional. They are not a diagnosis of your particular home.
Every plumbing situation is different. Pipes, fixtures and codes vary from house to house. Do not rely on the site in place of an inspection by a licensed plumber, and never attempt gas work or electrical work yourself.
How our service works
Voorhees Pro Plumbing is a call-based service line in Voorhees, NJ. You call, describe the problem, and a plumber is arranged. The work itself is performed by licensed plumbing professionals, as New Jersey requires.
Our line is open 24 hours every day. Availability still depends on the plumbers on duty and on conditions such as weather. Nothing on the site is a promise of availability at a given moment.
Prices and approval
We give a clear price before work starts. You decide whether to go ahead. If you decline, you will not be asked to proceed.
If the plumber finds something different once the work begins, they should explain the change and get your agreement before continuing. Please ask questions at any point if the price or the plan is unclear.
No guarantee of response time
We work to send help as quickly as we can, but we do not guarantee any arrival time or response time. Traffic, weather, the number of calls and the nature of the problem all affect timing.
If your situation is dangerous, do not wait for us. Leave the building and call 911 for a gas smell, fire, or any immediate threat to safety.
Call recording notice
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call, you accept this. See the privacy policy for more about how call details are used.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, Voorhees Pro Plumbing is not responsible for losses that result from relying on the information on the site, or from delays outside our control.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under New Jersey law that cannot be limited. Water damage that happens before a plumber arrives is not caused by us, and we encourage you to check your homeowner insurance policy to see what it may cover.
Using the site fairly
Please use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not copy large parts of it, try to disrupt it, or use it to mislead others. We may change or remove pages at any time.
Third-party links and content
The site loads Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map. Those are provided by Google and are covered by Google's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the courts that serve Camden County, New Jersey, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. To ask a question, email contact@proplumbingvoorhees.com or write to 700 Haddonfield-Berlin Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043.
